What are your return policies?
Custom orders are not returnable. These items are noted as "custom order" on our site. Sale items are final sales; merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. Reduced or specially priced items may be returned for store credit only. All Sale items and Reduced priced items are marked as "sale" or "reduced" on the site. Other merchandise may be returned or exchanged. There is a15% restocking fee on all returns. Exchanges of equal value do not incur a restocking fee, although the customer will be responsible for the return postage and new shipping postage. Our restocking fee on returns is 15% of the value of the merchandise. Pre-approval of all returns and exchanges is required. To request return or exchange authorization and receive return instructions, e-mail us at Thecollectionllc.com. All return requests must be received within 3 business days from receipt of shipment. All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in the original packaging. A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition. All gift packaging and ribbon decor must be intact. Wearing, altering, damaging, removal of tags or destruction of packaging constitutes acceptance of the order as delivered. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size, style, color or need alterations. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during shipment or upon receipt. It is the sole discretion of Creations and Collections to determine if returned goods are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Creations and Collections does not accept authorization requests after 3 business days from receipt of shipment and does not accept goods postmarked after 5 business days from return approval, unless prior arrangements have been made. Postage, shipping & handling charges are not reimbursable.

Do you offer a guarantee?
We guarantee quality workmanship in all our merchandise. Every garment is inspected including zippers and beading prior to shipment so you are assured that they leave here in top condition. Every piece of jewelry to make sure that there are no inherent design flaws or clasp problems is also inspected. All of our giftware and baskets are inspected to make sure there has been no damage in shipping to us. And every item that is gift packaged is further inspected by our gift wrap department, in case anything was missed earlier. Genuine defects are very rare. a genuinely defective item will be issued a call tag so that we pay the postage back, and after we determine if the defect is genuine, the article will be replaced.

How do I order the correct size?
The appropriate size chart from the manufacturer is provided with every garment. You are responsible for taking measurements and selecting the correct size. We provide all the tools necessary to make a fully informed choice. Keep in mind that the size charts are provided by the manufacturers and are average measurements for their entire line - not the exact measurements of each style. NEVER order a size with measurements smaller than the wearer. You can always have a garment taken in or shortened but you usually cannot have it let out or lengthened. We will be happy to assist with the sizing and fitting process but will not select your size or guarantee fit because we are not in control of the accuracy of your measurements. Alterations may be necessary to perfect fit so please plan ahead and allow plenty of time.

Is the color I'm seeing the exact color I will receive?
Every attempt is made to represent colors as accurately as possible but what you view will vary based on your computer, your ISP and your monitor. As in all garment manufacturing, colors will vary by dye lot. Swatches are not available for anything other than Custom made items or veils after an order is placed and a deposit on the order received.

What is a custom order?
CUSTOM ORDERS A Custom order is an item that we do not stock and that is special ordered for each customer. All tiaras, wraps, hair accessories and selected handbags and jewelry are considered custom orders. All multiple quantities of the same jewelry item are considered custom orders. If you are thinking of purchasing multiples of a jewelry item, we suggest that you purchase one first to make sure it is the item you want for your wedding party or gifts. The single item is returnable with a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Changes to a custom design may be made after the article is received, although any changes and shipping will be at the customers expense.

Can I Cancel my order?
CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed it is considered final. If we cannot ship an order within the time frame indicated on our site for a specific product, the customer is notified and given the option to cancel their order at that time. Orders that are acknowledged to ship within the time frame indicated on our site are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Do you accept International Orders?
We are delighted to ship throughout North America, Western Europe, Asia, Australia and many other locations! A full listing of the countries to which we can currently ship is in the drop-down menu in the on-line order form. If your country is not on this list - please contact us and we will see if we can accomodate you. Shipping fees in the future will be calculated by the shopping cart system; our staff will quote these for you until we install that system. The amount is calculated based on the delivery location, the type of shipping you select, what you order, the size of packaging, weight of the package and value of the merchandise. Shipments are carefully tracked and insured. An email will be sent to the email address on the order when it ships; that email will contain a link you can use to watch for delivery. We bill in US Dollars. Currency conversion is done by your credit card company at the time that we are paid. Currency exchange changes frequently; they are responsible for converting accurately. We cannot quote for you; however, there are several very good currency conversion calculators available on line that can help you estimate. Please allow AT LEAST several additional days over the anticipated delivery time frame for delivery. While most shipments sail through customs, some are held up for no apparent reason or explanation for days or even a couple of weeks. Any duties, taxes or tariffs imposed by the country where the package is delivered will be the responsibility of the person receiving the package. We can not project what another country will impose in fees, taxes, tariffs or duties. These cannot be pre-paid by you or by us.

Do you ship to APO - FPO boxes?
We are very proud to have members of the armed services and their families as our customers and are honored to ship them wherever they are stationed in the world. Items will be shipped Priority Mail

Do you have swatches?
We do have swatches available for some items. These can be requested via e-mail, and will be sent regular mail. Unfortunately we cannot honor all requests for swatches and we further caution you that dye lots can have slight variations from the swatch provided.

Do you have color matching services?
Yes, we can determine if we can match your color if you provide us with a swatch. Swatches will be returned if you provide a self addressed stamped envelope.
